Natural Disaster

The ACOFP Education and Research Foundation’s Natural and Personal Disaster Fund was developed to assist members in resupplying their practices in the event of a natural or personal disaster.

This fund was originally established in 2005 to assist members whose practice facilities were damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Katrina and who needed considerable assistance with rebuilding their practices. In 2011, the fund assisted members affected by tornadoes in Joplin, Missouri.
